Photographs
- Documentary work usual with creative but minimal Photoshop adjustments for example by combining photos I took from one scene in the polder on different moments (with specific colors such as a yellow corn field with wind mills or with close-ups of agricultural machines) in different layers. This results in an almost undetectable derealization (such as a sunny field in a cloudy landscape). Humans and objects are usually also undetectably minimally changed. A slightly deforming filter does not show reality but it does provide a clear image of the scene.
Characteristics are bright colors, detail photos and combinations of photos ( e.g. two parts of a sluice painted in white, blue and red which show a totally different view of the sluice once combined). I also try to provide a slightly altered look of humans in their surrounding in my photos.
